Thomas Kralow Offers a Full-Blown University Grade Trading Education Program:
Thomas Kralow’s complete trading program is much more than your average trading course – it’s a full-blown learning program.
It’s a rare type of program that provides the genuine path to durable trading success. It’s not some chat room or alert service that attracts legions of blind followers with copy-cat mentalities looking to make massive profits with little to no effort. Alternatively, it’s a rigorous program with lessons, homework, and tests that encourage active learning, skill-building, and self-sufficiency.
As with any trading course, program, platform, or service – there will always be naysayers and haters. The most common criticism referenced about Thomas Kralow is how he doesn’t do much active trading anymore. He mainly transitioned to long-term investing. But in my mind, that doesn’t take away from the actual content, structure, and overall curriculum offered within his program.
There are no false promises with him – he’s completely open and upfront about the realities of trading. Magical indicators and foolproof systems aren’t real, even though that’s what most people are searching for. But above all else, he’s not creating robots who blindly follow his trades. The program is designed for each individual student to develop and refine their own personal trading algorithm.

I am interested in looking for a course that can teach me how to trade effectively. I looked through the frequently asked questions about Thomas Kralow and there is one more thing I would like to know. What are your personal experiences with his course? I would accept the cost of the course, as I am a firm believer in that you only get what you pay for. Actually, I do have one more question as well. If I started out on the basic course, could I upgrade at any time or do I have to complete one course at a time? Thanks for the info.
Hi Steve – great questions. I’ve personally been through the Standard version of his Complete program, which includes over 15 chapters, 200 lessons, 140 tests, 80 homework assignments, and a final exam. It’s by far the longest, best structured, and most comprehensive trading course I’ve ever been through. I’m not saying it’s perfect, but I think it’s a great option for new and intermediate traders looking for a solid foundation. And that foundation isn’t just information (like it is with most other courses) – the tests and interactive tasks allow for deep learning and skill-building as well. This focus on skill-building is critical for developing traders to obtain self-sufficiency and long-term market success.
I’ve mostly traded stocks and options prior to coming across this program, but it’s inspired me to dive deeper into the futures market as well. And I’ll be looking to take the extra skills I’ve acquired through Thomas Kralow’s course to earn a funded account through Topstep Trader in the near future – just to prove what’s possible when solid education/skill-building is paired with an outstanding funding opportunity. This is a great way for individuals who don’t want to risk their own capital or simply don’t have the financial means to trade with their own money to professionalize their operations. I’ve only traded my own money to this point, but I’m looking forward to the Topstep tryout and funding process – probably toward the end of this year or early next year.
If you start with the Basic course, you can certainly upgrade at any time. In my personal opinion, the Basic course is a decent “feeler” to learn some basic technical concepts and understand what Thomas Kralow is like, but not much more than that. It’s really meant for absolute beginners to test if active trading is what they were expecting and the right endeavor for them to pursue, but it doesn’t go much into depth on trading psychology, risk & money management, or personal strategy development, for example. I recently published an article that covers each individual chapter of the Complete program. If you check that out, the Basic course is only chapters 1 and 3 – Effective Start and Basic Technical Aspects of Trading. I personally wish it included chapter 2 as well (Trading Psychology), but unfortunately it doesn’t.
If you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. You can find every article I’ve written so far about Thomas Kralow here.
I know about trading, I practiced. I took a well-known course. I didn’t know about Thomas Kralow, it’s something that seems better than what I went through. It’s not that expensive, especially if it teaches the right information and skill. Who would not want to know trading at university level! Most people want immediate profit but then take years to achieve it by taking shortcuts. Shortcut don’t work in trading. I’m seriously considering taking this major step and it’s an opportunity for me with Thomas Kralow as my mentor. Especially since it also has a YouTube channel that I subscribed to.
I completely agree with you – especially the part about shortcuts. So many prospective traders immediately turn to chat rooms, newsletters, and alert services right at the start of their journeys thinking that these resources will help them. But more often than not, it doesn’t. All it does is handicap their ability to achieve durable market success. I wish more people understood this and actually took the time to learn and build legitimate trading skills the right way.
So far, Thomas Kralow’s University Grade Trading Education program is the best option I’ve come across for that. It’s not some useless 2 week course that covers a couple basic indicators and setups – it’s a full-blown trading education that ties together trading psychology, indicators, key levels, statistics, and the creation of your own personal trading algorithm (among other things). For individuals who are serious about learning the craft of trading this is a great place to start – and Thomas Kralow’s YouTube channel is a solid opportunity to understand his personality before committing to his program.
Thank you for sharing your perspective as a Kralow student. I have heard about Kralow’s training before. And I know it’s a good training. So, with this special offer going along, I think this is a great opportunity to join his program. I have already tried to trade by myself a bit and use some methods of following Kralow for free (Youtube and webinars). But all those candlesticks on the charts are intimidating!
Hi Ann – I completely understand! Charts can get quite confusing when you start looking at multiple products and time frames – all with various trends and levels of support & resistance. It can be challenging as a beginner to “put it all together”. It’s honestly like learning a new language and it just takes screen time to learn. With language, you start with letters, then words, then sentences, then paragraphs, and beyond. It’s the same sort of thing with charts and technical analysis in general. At first you have no idea what any of it means, but then you start learning about the basics and it all starts coming together over time – each concept building on another until it becomes an automatic subconscious skill. Thomas Kralow’s Complete trading program is structured in a way that helps students do exactly that.
