How to Learn From $9,000,000+ Trader – Thomas Kralow – For Free:

Over the course of 7 years from 2013-2019, Thomas Kralow placed over 20,000 trades and made over $9,000,000 in profits.

Thomas Kralow Free Course - 3 Great Ways to Learn From Thomas Kralow For Free

For a deeper look at Thomas Kralow’s trading track record, he shares brokerage statements from Interactive Brokers covering his futures trading results from 2018 and 2019. These detailed documents showing his account balance and monthly profits and losses can be found on his website under Performance Disclosure. I also published an article discussing his net worth and track record.

At this point in time, I think it’s important to mention that Thomas Kralow has essentially shifted out of active trading himself and now focuses mainly on longer-term investments. This is one of the most common complaints I’ve heard about him, but it’s actually why he created his trading program in the first place – to replace his active trading income and pivot into more social and creative projects.

Despite this complaint, I don’t personally think it takes away from the quality of his trading program. The focus not being on him actually makes it better. With other trading programs and services out there, students tend to get caught up in trying to blindly copy the leader – which is ineffective. As a Thomas Kralow student, however, you can concentrate on your own training and growth.

But whether you think Thomas Kralow is a great trading coach and mentor, or even if you are still highly skeptical of him, these are great opportunities to get a glimpse at his personality, teaching style, and better formulate an opinion on him and his trading program.

3 Ways to Learn From Thomas Kralow For Free – Plus Additional Low-Cost Options:

There’s no doubt that the costs involved with trading education, platforms, and additional tools can add up very quickly. So it’s no surprise that the most common feedback about courses, learning programs, newsfeeds, scanners, and everything else is that they’re too expensive. To a certain degree, you can’t avoid some of these costs. But I’m sharing these resources to help you save some money.

So if you’re interested in Thomas Kralow and his University Grade Trading Education program, this is a great place to start:

1. Watch Videos on Thomas Kralow’s YouTube Channel

Thomas Kralow is active on social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok – so feel free to follow him on those platforms if you want. But I think the most valuable information can be obtained from his YouTube channel. A handful of his videos aren’t specifically about trading – some are about finances, money, or his life in general. But the ones that cover various trading concepts are gold.

Some Additional Thomas Kralow YouTube Videos That I Recommend:

You have to look past the fancy watches, cars, and boats that he works into some of his videos, especially in the intros, but once he actually starts talking there are never any phony claims or false promises. I understand that showcasing expensive luxury items can be inspiring for some people, but to me it comes off as a major red flag. Since I went through his trading program myself, I know that he’s a legitimate mentor. But since many fake gurus like to flaunt “lifestyle” instead of “process” – I’m not a fan of it.

That being said, I understand why he does it. It’s hard to get people’s attention with the “boring” technical aspects of trading. In general, people want immediate rewards. This is why fraudsters tend to drown-out legitimate educators with ridiculous claims and promises.

2. Trading Psychology Course Excerpts From Thomas Kralow on Udemy

Another great way to see what Thomas Kralow is all about is by checking out his Trading Psychology course on Udemy. You can preview the course for free and watch a few 5-10 minute excerpts, but you can also pay $20 or less for full access. This course is basically the Trading Psychology chapter taken directly from his University Grade Trading Education program. So if you want a small sample of his Complete Program (1 out of 14 total chapters), this is your chance to see it. Interactive tasks and quizzes are included here as well.

Trading Psychology Course By Thomas Kralow on Udemy

Thomas Kralow doesn’t offer any free trials for his learning program, so this is probably the closest you can get to one – less than $20 for 1.5 hours of trading psychology content directly from his full-blown education program. You can also consider pairing this with a subscription to his Basic program for about $100, which covers expectations and basic technical aspects of trading. So for under $150, you can essentially go through the first 3 chapters of his program. It’s a creative way to test out his offerings.

This is the most cost-friendly method that I know of to get an inside look at what Thomas Kralow has to offer within his program.

3. Watch the Featured Webinar on His Website (Bonus 20% Discount Offered Near the End)

The featured webinar offered on Thomas Kralow’s website is another way to understand his methods and teaching style. Throughout the webinar, he covers proper expectations, common beginner mistakes, and even provides small account tips. In addition to that, he shares multiple helpful resources, including a trading terminology worksheet and personal trading algorithm example.

Thomas Kralow's Free Trading WebinarToward the end he does offer a 20% discount if you’re interested in his complete program, but there’s no hard sell. He doesn’t pressure you to join. But I don’t personally know how long this 20% discount will continue to be offered – so this might be an outdated tip in the near future. For right now, however, the discount is offered around the 80-minute mark. It currently brings the Basic program down from $123 to $99, the Shortened program down from $880 to $704, and the Complete program down from $980 to $784.

The current prices of these programs are subject to change in the future, but the figures above are based on pricing as of today.

The Wrap-Up – There Are Multiple Resources Available to Learn From Thomas Kralow For Free:

The main reason I created this article for discovering how to learn from Thomas Kralow for free is because I’m a huge fan of free and low-cost trials. In general, people like to test a product or service before they buy it, especially if it’s hundreds or thousands of dollars.

This is usually hard for trading educators to do because giving away too much for free kind of spoils the product. It’s not a robust tool like Benzinga Pro or Trade Ideas, where people can test out the functionality for a couple weeks and then potentially use it forever into the future if they like it. With a trading course or learning program, students progress out of them quickly. So once they have the information and learn how to practically apply it, there’s no real need to keep paying for that information and coaching forever.

So hopefully the handful of tips I shared above will help people learn from Thomas Kralow at little to no cost. Based on my experience, the cost of his trading program is actually underpriced (with the exception of the Assisted Plus program) in comparison to other ones available online. Especially considering the quality of the educational experience – not just being fed great information, but the structure and support provided as well. The interactive tasks and exams are critical for in-depth learning.

Overall, these methods will allow you to research Thomas Kralow’s teachings at an extremely low cost. Based on that, you can make a more educated decision on whether or not his complete University Grade Trading Education program is right for you.

Trading is a wonderful concept and earning method. It seems like he points out how to do day trading and long-term investing as a beginner. After reading this I am going to watch Thomas Kralow’s video series to learn further. Do you think that will I be able to get more insight regarding the day trading knowledge by following that. I think following this I will be able to be a risk-free trader as well as an investor.

    • Matt Thomas says:

Hi Chinthaka – I appreciate your comments.

I’m not exactly sure what you mean by his video series, but I’m assuming it’s either his YouTube videos, featured webinar, or both. There are certainly some insights to be gleaned from those resources, but they’re far from comprehensive. And as far as becoming a “risk-free trader/investor”, there’s no such thing. Trading is inherently about putting on risk and managing it. But it’s important to think probabilistically and put the odds in your favor. It’s not about avoiding risk because risk is required for potential reward (the two go hand in hand). So the key is to find and place asymmetric bets (in other words, opportunities with low risk and high reward).

There are many facets to becoming a consistently profitable trader (having an edge, the proper trading psychology, journaling and tracking trades, etc.) and you need all of them to be and stay profitable over time. There’s a lot involved with becoming a great trader – it’s more than just watching a bunch of videos. But for those willing to take it seriously, focus on skill-building, and have a drive for continuous improvement, the results can be immense (but keep in mind, it doesn’t come without hard work and perseverance).

This isn’t some sort of personal attack to say that you’re not committed enough (that’s not what this is at all), but I just don’t want anyone getting into trading with unrealistic expectations. It’s not a cash-grab or get-rich-quick type of thing. Many people treat it that way, but it rarely (if ever) works out in the long-run. Good trading is a skill/craft that requires a level of training and experience similar to that of professional athletes, doctors, lawyers, etc. Many great traders/investors have proven how financially rewarding this endeavor can be, but it doesn’t come by obsessing over results – it comes by obsessing over process. And there’s a lot that goes into building a strong trading process (especially from a mental perspective). Take care!

Hi there, At the moment I am more of an investor than a trader, but I have been looking at trading and learning more about futures and options, so it is great to find that there is a free and low cost learning available. Learning from a successful trader is always great, but as a complete beginner, do you think the Thomas Kralow course is the best? Or is there a better option available for a complete beginner?

    • Matt Thomas says:

For complete beginners who know absolutely nothing about trading, I would first recommend learning some basic terminology and concepts, and doing some research to understand what active trading entails. In my opinion, there’s no point in purchasing a $1,000+ course just to find out that active trading isn’t something you want to pursue. But once you gain some foundational knowledge and are serious about becoming an active trader, I do think Thomas Kralow’s course is the best for beginners.

The important thing to realize is that those who aren’t serious about active trading won’t get much out of Thomas Kralow’s course (or any course for that matter). Because it’s much more than just an informational course – it’s a full-blown learning program with homework assignments, interactive tasks, and tests. And with one of the Assisted packages, you receive constant feedback and support to check your homework, clarify any questions you may have, and keep you on track. It’s about taking information/knowledge and practically applying it in order to build skills.

The end goal for each student is to create what Thomas Kralow calls a “personal trading algorithm” – which is essentially your own unique trading system/plan/rules. It’s not just about the information provided (there’s no “magical” indicator that exists), but the work you put in to train, build skills, track your trades, analyze those trades, and refine your system over time. Overall, becoming a consistently profitable trader isn’t possible without the hard work and effort of the student – and Thomas Kralow’s program provides the structured and supportive environment necessary for success.
